Wheels
BS Rollen has the right wheels for every application - they determine the quality of mobility. If the optimum wheels are not in use, transport processes are not perfect and therefore not economical. Industries such as mechanical engineering, apparatus engineering, bakeries, medical technology, furniture construction or intralogistics in industry and commerce have requirements that our wheels meet. Important parameters can be chemical resistance and temperature stability. Hygiene requirements are added, but also the demand for smooth running, high load-bearing capacity even for heavy loads, manoeuvrability, comfortable running and also for non chalking tyres that leave no traces. The lowest possible rolling noise increases the work quality for the personnel in the daily handling of castors and wheels. Depending on the intensity of use and rolling speed, the wheels are available with plain bearing, roller bearing or ball bearing.
► Plastic wheels
Wheels made of various plastics such as polyamide, polypropylene, phenolic resin or thermoplastic compounds.
► Cast wheels/flange wheels
Cast iron wheels for high loads and flange wheels for use on rail systems.
► Solid rubber wheels
Robust solid rubber wheels for transport devices, machines, conveyor technology or also e.g. for the use at garbage bins.
► Thermoplastic wheels (TPE)
Innovative wheels with a tread made of thermoplastic elastomers with outstanding comfort properties.
► Elastic rubber wheels
Wheels with wheel bodies made of plastic, aluminium or cast iron and tread made of elastic rubber.
► Polyurethane wheels
Wheels with plastic, aluminium or cast body and polyurethane tread. Heavy-duty, robust and abrasion-resistant. Suitable for heavy duty use.
► Wheels: Air/pneumatic
Wheels with plastic or steel rim. With classic pneumatic tyres (jacket/tube). For high spring comfort. Also suitable for wheelchairs, wheelbarrows and hand carts.
► Puncture-proof wheels
Wheels with polyurethane tread, puncture-free foamed. With similar comfort as pneumatic tyres, but insensitive to the penetration of pointed parts.
► Door castors/rope sleaves
Wheels for rope sheaves and sliding doors
► Wooden wheels
Wheels with wooden wheel bodies for use on toys, e.g. as carriage wheels for dolls.
► Pallet truck wheels
Wheels for use on hand or pallet trucks. Robust for a wide range of floor conditions and weights.
► Thermoplastic wheels (TPE)
Axles for wheelbarrows or for do-it-yourself construction of wheelsets, adjusting rings, rigid locking caps and axle mounts.
► Heat resistant wheels
Wheels for use under extreme temperature conditions up to max. 400 °C
