Heat Resistant Wheels - Quality Products from BS Rollen

Heat-resistant wheels for "hot goods" come in a wide variety of designs. Depending on the temperature requirements, they consist of corresponding high-temperature-resistant materials with hard or soft running surfaces. Driving comfort varies depending on the soil conditions. The entire wheel can be made of either phenolic resin or a thermoplastic mixture. Alternatively, the plastic or aluminium wheel bodies are coated with rubber. This means that the right heat-resistant wheels and castors can be found for every surface and for practically every application. We will also find the right solution for your special requirements - for example due to the floor structure.

Heat-resistant wheels - enormous temperature resistance

Our heat-resistant wheels are convincing in numerous fields of application, because our range is characterised by an immense temperature variance. The wheels can be used at temperatures from - 40 °C to + 350 °C. Our wheels can even withstand short-term temperatures of up to + 400 °C without any problems. This enables you to roll the transported goods easily and directly from the cooling into the hot area of the production cycle. Our wheels are therefore ideally suited for food processing, where it is essential to maintain the freezing and cooling chain until the goods are heated. In this way, they support the work processes and ensure faster and more effective processes in the plant. There is no need to change transport equipment due to temperature differences.

Thanks to the high durability of heat-resistant wheels, the various means of transport can be used in all areas of application. They are also excellent at absorbing regular changes in extreme temperatures. A higher wear is not to be expected by this load. Even with high hygiene requirements, which require not only cleaning with heat, but also the use of chemicals, our castors are used - for example in medicine or in autoclaves.

Versions as complete heat-resistant castors on request

We will be pleased to produce the heat-resistant wheels for you directly into complete castors. Among other things, we offer fixed and swivel castors in various designs. The swivel castors, for example, can be equipped with various locking systems. The castor housings are either made of galvanised chromated sheet steel or optionally of stainless steel. This means that the castors can not only be used in areas with a higher risk of corrosion, but also enable optimum cleaning in accordance with hygienic regulations.
