Pneumatic wheels: flexible in use in many variations

BS pneumatic wheels are used in a wide range of applications where the resilience of the air-filled wheels is important. The tyres offer optimum driving comfort, buffering uneven ground as well as jumps, impacts and blows. These wheels are often used as a wheelbarrow wheel or sack wheel, under transport trolleys, platform trolleys or in toys, e.g. on hand carts or as support wheels. Air-filled wheels are the right choice wherever gentle, quiet driving comfort is required.

Pneumatic wheels consist mainly of a rim with tyre and inner tube. Depending on the requirements, they are filled with the desired/prescribed air pressure by means of an air pump. Pneumatic wheels with axles can also be produced in many different designs so that we can comprehensively meet the wishes and requirements of our customers. Pneumatic wheels are so versatile

With us you receive pneumatic wheels in the most different versions and models. Among other things, we offer transport wheels in many different sizes, but also pneumatic wheels for heavy-duty use, which have a large load capacity of up to 820 kg per wheel. Basically, most pneumatic wheels are used as single wheels and can therefore be mounted on one side of fixed axles. Alternatively, we also offer the matching pneumatic wheel with axle tube, which can be installed in fixed castors, swivel castors and swivel castors with brakes. This allows you to combine and effectively use the wheels you require according to your requirements without any problems.

 

Suitable solutions for every soil condition

Depending on the condition of the ground, a choice can be made between studded profile and grooved profile of the rubber tread. The rims are made of galvanised or painted steel. Alternatively, the wheel body can be made of plastic with a closed or open rim. Thus, the wheels can be easily adapted to any surface and any requirement. If you need wheels that run particularly smoothly, the practical grooved tread profile ensures smooth running. Equipped with a grooved profile, the tread can provide a good grip even on difficult surfaces and, with the right grip, ensure smooth transport. Puncture-free wheels for special applications

An alternative to the classic pneumatic wheels are the so-called puncture-free wheels. These wheels are not filled with air, but consist of a foamed solid material, so that damage to the wheel does not immediately lead to its failure. So if you want to use the wheels in an environment where damage to the wheels by pointed parts such as nails or glass is likely, you should do without pneumatic tyres and switch to puncture-proof wheels. These can also be produced by us in many different designs, so that puncture-free wheels can also convince in many areas of application.
